Our physiotherapists limit clients to one or two per hour.  You will receive one-on-one individual attention.  In addition to your scheduled appointment time, treatment may include the use of the full fitness facility.  Our fees reflect the distinctive one-on-one care, and access to the fitness centre if needed.  Most extended health insurance plans cover physiotherapy services.  Receipts will be issued for submission to insurance plans.  Please inquire about government subsidies.  You do not need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist.

* note: clients with a North Van Rec Play card receive 10% discount off your first visit or special services.

*Clients covered by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) under MSP Premium Assistance will be billed a user fee of $40 for an initial assessment, and $30 for follow-up appointments in lieu of our regular fee schedule.

**Clients with an ICBC claim are responsible for their treatment payment.  We do not bill ICBC directly.  We are currently not offering physiotherapy services to WCB clients. 

Payment
VISA, Mastercard, debit card and cash are acceptable methods of payment.  We do not accept personal cheques.

Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment.  You may do so online.  With less than 24 hours notice, you must telephone the clinic at 604.987.5433 to give notice of your cancellation.  You will be charged the full fee for your missed appointment if you fail to provide 24 hours notice.
