ACTIVELIFE MULTISPORT CLUB
Mission Statement
To bring women together who enjoy exercising in the outdoors. To foster a safe place for women to develop their skills, try new activities, and inspire others. To build a strong sense of community by supporting local races and outdoor activities as well as providing team support.
Club Goals
- To foster a safe and inspiring environment for women to get involved in outdoor activities
- To create a positive and energetic environment for female athletes to meet, exercise and train together
- To promote an active lifestyle through the involvement in local multi-sport events
- To be excellent ambassadors of fit outdoor women in the community of North Vancouver

Mountain Biking
Weekly Thursday night cross country rides for all levels, and weekend endurance rides for intermediate and advanced riders.
* Please have your bike ready and the appropriate gear and helmet. Cycling BC Insurance and signed waiver are required to ride. Please visit our blog to register.
Times: Wednesdays 6:00pm, Bike start at Seymour Conservation Reserve, Gazebo. See blog for club calendar and locations. Weekend long rides will vary.
Trail Running
Weekly Wednesday night club trail runs for all levels and informal weekend long runs.

*You must have Athletics BC Insurance and signed waiver to run.
How do I join the Activelife Multisport Club?
Please visit our blog to register. If you will be cycling please purchase Cycling BC club insurance for activelife multisport club. If you are running please purchase Athletics Canada insurance. You will also be required to complete a waiver form before joining the club events. Please visit

What does my yearly membership include?
