Location
Active Life Physiotherapy is located in the John Braithwaite Community Centre in the fitness centre, lower level.  The centre is situated one block north of Lonsdale Quay between Chesterfield and Lonsdale in North Vancouver.  There are bicycle racks outside the front door of the community centre and across the street in Jack Loucks Court.

Parking
Limited free on-street parking is available on Lonsdale Avenue, West 1st Street (one hour) and on some streets west of Chesterfield Avenue (two hours).  Pay parking is available for $1/hour in the Time Market/Esplanade Centre parkade located between the liquor store and Shoppers Drug Mart in the 100 block of West Esplanade.  The elevator at the north end will take you up to West 1st Street, next to the entrance to the community centre.

Transit
Both Chesterfield and Lonsdale are transit routes. The following routes are within easy walking distance from our front door: 228, 229, 230, 236, 239, 242, 246, and N24. The clinic is two blocks north of the SeaBus terminal, a 15-minute ride from downtown Vancouver.
